Staging
Option 1
Staging Consultation, up to one-and-a-half hours. Price includes doing a walk-through of your entire home and giving you suggestions for editing, furniture placement, wall color and accessories. Homeowner to take notes.
Option 2
Price includes a detailed report showing suggested furniture placement, what items to edit, wall color selections, window treatments, suggested accessories and a shopping list of suggested items to purchase.
Option 3
Hands-on staging. Price includes, but not limited to: de-cluttering, editing, rearranging furniture, shopping, packing and acceossorizing as needed.
o Furniture rental, accessories, packing materials, paint and all other supplies purchased by Polluconi Design Studio will be
billed separately. An estimate will be given before items are purchased or rented.
o Gift Certificates, Workshops and Classes are also available
